Ingredients in Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Chocolate Crust

  • Chocolate oreo cookie crumbs  – Leave the cream in the oreos!
  • Melted butter – I like to use salted butter.

Cheesecake Filling

  • Whipping cream – I use freshly whipped cream, not cool whip here.
  • Sugar
  • Cream cheese, room temperature
  • Cheesecake (or vanilla) flavored pudding mix
  • Oreos crushed – Again, keep the cream.

How to Make Mini Oreo Cheesecake

  1. Combine the melted butter and cookie crumbs to create the crust mixture.
  2. Press the crust into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Place in the freezer while making the cheesecake filling.
  3. Whip together the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the pudding mix (just the powder!) until completely incorporated and smooth.
  5. Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
  6. Fold in the crushed oreos.
  7. Pour into the crust and refrigerate. Top with extra oreos for garnish, if desired.
  8. For best results, freeze overnight prior to cutting into small, bite-sized pieces.
  9. Enjoy!

How can I achieve a perfect, smooth cheesecake texture?

Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature prior to mixing. Then add in the pudding mix slowly while you combine.

Can I make a larger cheesecake using the same recipe?

I have an amazing recipe for a larger oreo cheesecake! You’re going to love it!
