Ritz Crackers and Oreo Cookies

I’m going to be honest: this is probably the easiest “recipe” you’ll ever find on my blog! But just because these Oreo cookies with Ritz crackers are easy, doesn’t mean they aren’t completely delicious and bingeable.

Back in 2022 (lol, so last year), you could find this fun & funky mashup in stores. They are no longer in production and honestly that’s kind of criminal. The sweet to salty ratio in this treat is literal perfection. And the addition of the peanut butter brings it together so nicely! So if you’re a fan of quick snacks that you won’t be able to stop thinking about, try out the homemade verision of this award-winning (in my opinion) mashup! (pst. if you are a fan of the sweet and salty PB combo, you need to check out this Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie!)

How to Make Oreo Cookie Ritz Crackers

The Peanut Butter Filling:

  1. Combine all of the filling ingredients together using either a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer. You can adjust the thickness by adding in more cream to make it thinner. As written, it will be quite thick.

The Sandwiches:

  1. Either spread or pipe a layer of the peanut butter filling onto the bottom of a ritz cracker. Set aside.
  2. Using a butter knife, carefully remove one of the cookies from an oreo.
  3. Sandwich the cream side of the oreo together with the peanut butter filling on the ritz.
  4. Repeat with remaining crackers and cookies.
  5. Store at room temp.

How should I store this Ritz/Oreo mashup?

Store your snack sandwiches in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Can I customize this mashup with different flavors?

You absolutely can! Oreo is famous for trying out different flavors, so feel free to try whatever combo sounds good! You can even try replacing the peanut butter filling with various types of frosting as desired.
