Peanut Butter Bar Ingredients

  • Butter, softened – I always use salted butter!
  • Creamy peanut butter – I just use the store brand peanut butter most of the time. Nothing fancy & definitely not the natural stuff.
  • Powdered sugar – The powdered sugar both thickens and sweetens the peanut butter layer.
  • Graham cracker crumbs – I use my blender or food processor to crush the graham crackers. you’ll want a little less than 1 sleeve of graham crackers. Make them like a powder, the finer the better.
  • Vanilla
  • Salt

Chocolate Layer Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter
  • Milk chocolate chips – You can use semi-sweet chocolate if you’d like, we are just milk chocolate fans at our house!

So good! I tried putting unflavored collagen in the peanut butter mixture for protein. I prefer dark chocolate with these to balance the sweetness of the peanut butter mixture, but you noted that anyway. Thank you Karli! I’m here from TikTok and I can’t wait to try out your other recipes!
