Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper and then set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Mix until a thick, crumbly dough forms.
Press the mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the ingredients for the chocolate layer (peanut butter and milk chocolate chips).
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour and spread over the peanut butter layer in the pan.
Freeze for 45 minutes or until the chocolate layer is set before cutting and serving.
