No Bake Peanut Butter Squares

Peanut butter and chocolate are back for another award winning dessert. These peanut butter bars are fire, without ever turning on your oven.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (56g) salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (246g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups (214g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (68g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Chocolate Layer

  • 1/4 cup (62g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup (300g) milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper and then set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Mix until a thick, crumbly dough forms.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan. Set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the ingredients for the chocolate layer (peanut butter and milk chocolate chips).
  • Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour and spread over the peanut butter layer in the pan.
  • Freeze for 45 minutes or until the chocolate layer is set before cutting and serving.
  • Enjoy! Can store at room temperature or in the fridge.
