Cookie Butter Dip

Cookie butter is a sweet tooth’s best friend. Made from delicious Biscoff cookies, this is the topping/spread/dip of your dreams!

Ingredients

  • 10 biscoff cookies
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In either a blender or a food processor, crush the biscoff cookies until they are a fine powder.
  • Transfer the crushed biscoff cookies to either a bowl of a stand mixer or a bowl to use with an electric hand mixer.
  • Add the canola oil, butter, heavy cream and powdered sugar.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Enjoy as a dip or spread on toast.
