- 10 biscoff cookies
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
In either a blender or a food processor, crush the biscoff cookies until they are a fine powder.
Transfer the crushed biscoff cookies to either a bowl of a stand mixer or a bowl to use with an electric hand mixer.
Add the canola oil, butter, heavy cream and powdered sugar.
Mix until combined.
Enjoy as a dip or spread on toast.
