Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Confession: I make these chocolate covered pretzels way more than I should. If you’re looking for a quick treat to obsess over, this is it!

Ingredients

  • 48 pretzels
  • 10 oz (bag) Ghiradelli milk chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  • Follow the instructions on the chocolate wafers to melt completely in a large bowl.
  • Working with about 5 pretzels at a time, cover in the chocolate and then remove each pretzel individually, shaking off the excess chocolate and then arranging on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Repeat until all pretzels have been coated in chocolate.
  • Allow the chocolate to set up at room temperature or in the fridge if you’d like the speed up the process.
  • Store in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
