Cadbury Egg Parfait

The easiest Easter brunch! Cadbury Egg Parfaits with creamy yogurt, fruit, granola + cadbury eggs, is a breakfast you can feel good about.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup crushed cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  • Layer approximately 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of 4 glasses.
  • Add some strawberries and raspberries on top of the yogurt.
  • To the top of the fruit, add a layer of granola.
  • Add some crushed cadbury mini eggs on top of the granola.
  • Repeat, layering the ingredients until the glasses are full.
  • Serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.
