Peaches and Cream

This summer, peaches and cream is taking over as our viral favorite! Sweet, juicy peaches paired with light & fluffy cream? Simply delightful.

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh peaches ripe, peeled, and sliced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, peel and slice the fresh peaches.
  • Add the granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla, stir to coat and set aside.
  • In a bowl of a stand mixer or with and electric hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and the remaining 1/2 tsp of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • In your serving dish, layer a spoonful of peaches with the syrup and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until the serving dish is full or you are satisfied with the serving.
  • Serve immediately & enjoy!
