- 8 fresh peaches ripe, peeled, and sliced
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla, divided
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
In a bowl, peel and slice the fresh peaches.
Add the granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla, stir to coat and set aside.
In a bowl of a stand mixer or with and electric hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and the remaining 1/2 tsp of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
In your serving dish, layer a spoonful of peaches with the syrup and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until the serving dish is full or you are satisfied with the serving.
