3 Ingredient Banana Bread

This is the EASIEST (and tastiest) banana bread you’ll ever make!! Bonus: you will only need 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix *I used chocolate, but you can use whatever flavor you'd like.
  • 4 over ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas using an electric hadn’t mixer.
  • Add the eggs and mix until thoroughly distributed.
  • Add the cake mix to the bowl and mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Divide and pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake at 350° F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool before cutting.
  • Enjoy!
