Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C). Line a cookie sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients with either a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer.
1 cup (146g) whole wheat flour, 1 cup (100g) rolled oats, 1/2 cup (120mL) canola oil, 1 egg, 1/4 cup (58g) granulated sugar, 1/4 cup (62g) brown sugar, 1 tbsp molasses, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt
The mixture should be crumbly, but should hold together if pressed in to a ball in your hand.
Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan and press into the pan using a rolling pin or your hands.
Bake at 350° F (180° C) for 15 minutes.
Pull them out of the oven and immediately use a pizza cutter to cut the biscuits into squares.
Allow the pan to cool completely before eating/serving. If your biscuits are still soft, you can bake them for an additional 5 minutes, if needed.
Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
