- 6 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Measure out the Chex cereal into a large bowl. Set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips, cookie butter and butter. Microwave for a total of 1 minute, stirring at the 30 second mark. Stir until smooth.
Pour the cookie butter mixture into the bowl with the cereal. Stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
Sprinkle the powdered sugar onto the coated cereal and toss to cover.
Pour the cereal onto a large cookie sheet to dry. This will stay fresh in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
