Pour the mini m&ms into the chocolate bar mold and spread to cover the bottom of the mold. Set aside. Measure out the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power and then stir. Repeat this step until almost all of the chocolate has been melted and then continue stirring until the last bits of chocolate melt.
Pour over the m&m’s in the chocolate mold and spread smooth.
Allow the chocolate to set up (either at room temperature or you can toss it in the freezer if you’d like it to set faster).
Enjoy as is or chop and add to your favorite cookie recipe.
