M&M Candy Bars

Based on the discontinued m&m chocolate bar, this recipe brings a fun and delicious candy bar back from the dead in a matter of minutes!

Servings: 1 bar (can double to make additional bars)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (variety dependent upon preference)
  • 1/2 cup mini m&m's

Instructions

  • Pour the mini m&ms into the chocolate bar mold and spread to cover the bottom of the mold. Set aside.
  • Measure out the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power and then stir. Repeat this step until almost all of the chocolate has been melted and then continue stirring until the last bits of chocolate melt.
  • Pour over the m&m’s in the chocolate mold and spread smooth.
  • Allow the chocolate to set up (either at room temperature or you can toss it in the freezer if you’d like it to set faster).
  • Enjoy as is or chop and add to your favorite cookie recipe.
