In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla and pinch of salt and combine until a crumbly dough forms.
Add the milk slowly to the mixer, combining until a thick, packable dough forms.
Portion out the dough and roll into balls. I usually use about 2 tsp of dough for each peanut butter ball.
After the dough has been portioned and rolled, place in the freezer for 10 minutes while melting the chocolate.
Melt the melting chocolate in the microwave according to package directions.
Using a fork, dip your hardened peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate. Place dipped chocolate balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and let them set up. You can throw them in the freezer to speed up this process!
Once the chocolate has hardened, enjoy!
