Its says 2 cups of AP flour (304grams) but 2 cups is 240grams. Do we go by your stated weight of 304? Which is about 2.5 cups

In reply to Monti Wise. Oh, that sounds messy! I'm sorry. I typically try to put the marshmallows in the middle of the dough to prevent the spread a little bit.

This is my first time making this recipe. Can you direct me where I may have gone wrong? I have marshmallow all over my baking sheets and not so much in the cookie lol
