I haven’t made these yet… I’ve noticed some differences between this recipe and the normal size Crumbl sugar cookie. Is it OK to make the regular large size recipe, but make them in using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop? Will they still come out delicious?

I followed the 354 and they taste very floury. I’ll definitely use 280 next time!

Ooh these were good!! I noticed in the recipe notes that there should be vanilla and almond extract in the frosting, but the ingredient list in the recipe itself only mentions almond extract. I took a guess and used 1/2 tsp vanilla extract along with the 1/8 tsp almond. I've never had a Crumbl cookie so I can't compare, but these were really delicious. The cookie was thick and buttery and the frosting had a nice almondy flavor -- not too much but definitely present. This is the first of your cookie recipes that I have tried and I'm excited to explore more! Thank you so much for sharing!!

Yes, you can! I recommend scooping the dough into balls and then storing them in the fridge. That makes it much easier to bake when you're ready! You can either bake immediately from the fridge (you may need to add a few minutes to the bake time), or put them on a cookie sheet while the oven is preheating and bake as normal.

Hey Shelby, sorry to hear that! I recommend adding a little extra flour (up to 1/4 cup) until your dough is a little easier to handle.
