Every time I make these for an event they are the first to get eaten! Now I know to just make a double batch every time. I use half white and half semi sweet chocolate.

Hi. When you say 1/2 cheesecake box do you mean the entire box or half the box?

These were so good! Everyone who tried them said so as well. I didn’t quite get a cheesecake taste, but they were still good and ended up tasting like a cookies & cream cookie.

These cookies are fantastic! I’ve made pudding cookies for years, but never thought to use cheesecake pudding and Oreos. I left out the white chocolate chips when I made them. This cookie would make a good ice cream sandwich with some cookies n cream ice cream in between the cookies.

Absolutely delicious! So soft and chewy. I even did some with Dutch cocoa added to the mix. Perfection!
