					<description><![CDATA[These were delicious!  Tasted just like Neopolitan ice cream.  For the strawberry, I used half vanilla pudding and half strawberry jello powder and that worked great.  Did not have to add pink food coloring either.  My only complaint was how much they spread - they were a very flat cookie.  I did pop the last batch in the freezer to firm them up prior to baking but they still flattened - just slightly less.  Either way, they stayed crisp on the outside and nice and chewy for days!  Yum!]]></description>
