I’ve been on a quest to find my version of The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies; needless to say I’ve baked quite a few that claim to be “The Best”. I beg to differ with many of them, but that’s just my opinion.
I think these are pretty freakin close!
The only thing I changed was the time-I had to leave mine in for 10 minutes.
Also, I couldn’t deal w/ the dough being SO sticky! I added 1 teaspoon more of flour, but that still wasnt working. So I coated my hands w/ flour a few times-Ive always liked to roll my cookies. They came out amazing!

I made these without molasses and they were a hit. As the first batch was baking I realized I forgot to add baking soda. I enjoyed the batch more without baking soda.
