Yes, you can! I recommend forming the dough into balls and placing them on a cookie sheet. Pop the entire cookie sheet into the freezer for about an hour or until the dough balls are firm. You will then place the dough balls in a ziptop bag and freeze! Use within 3 months!
When you’re ready to bake, place the frozen dough balls on a baking sheet and allow them to sit at room temperature while the oven preheats then bake!
Note: The texture may be slightly different from those made with fresh dough. The frozen dough may take longer to bake and may result in a slightly denser cookie. However, the taste should be just as good!

just made these! absolutely delicious!! used lemon zest and a little lemon juice instead of what the recipe calls for but they worked out amazing. did need to be baked 1-2 minutes longer than recipe but that was fine and easy. 100% recommend!

These cookies are so so good!! I love the lemon blueberry combo and this hit the spot!! I used all butter because I didn’t have margarine and I did have to bake them a little longer than the time provided but the were still perfect!! Make these now!!
