I would let it thaw slightly while the oven is preheating. Bake like normal, maybe adding a minute or 2 – just watch for the tops to no longer be glossy!

How much longer in the oven would you say a large (1/3 cup) frozen cookie dough ball needs versus if it were freshly made?

You could, I usually just let the cookie dough come to room temperature while the oven preheats. 🙂
