I followed the recipe and mine turned out great. I’ll through the caveat out there that I chilled the dough before baking them, but that’s the only difference. Flat and runny. In fact, I have one big, quarter sheet sized cookie so thin you can see through it. I’m going to add flour by the half cup to try to stiffen my dough but I’m still seriously angry. I should not have these problems. I expect problems from a random internet recipe not the manufacturer of the most significant ingredient who has a test kitchen staffed with a team of bakers.
