In reply to Allie. Next time try rolling the cookie dough in granulated sugar and then the powdered sugar. That should keep it from melting off in the oven.

Sweet and fudgey cookies. I used cream cheese chips by Hershey. I imagine these cookies would be even better with the white chocolate as intended. My only struggle was the powdered sugar seems to have melted in the oven.
