I dropped them as rounded balls, 30 gram each, 26 cookies. I noticed that halfway through baking they did not melt and spread, so at 8 min I took them out and flattened them. Took a total of 12 & 1/2 min. I’m guessing the extra time is because they don’t spread and go thin. Perhaps because of the corn starch? Next time I’ll flatten them before baking and perhaps they will cook faster.
