I usually prefer baking recipes in weights but this recipe was great. Chocolately and moist. I’m going to try and bloom the cocoa powder with the sour cream and boiling water to bring out the flavor even more. Adding sour cream is a great way to ensure a moist texture.

These muffins are sooooo good! Perfectly moist and chocolatey. They didn’t last long, but tasted the best right out of the oven. My 11 year old son made them with me and he was so proud of himself – and I got to teach him the trick of vinegar and milk when you don’t have buttermilk!

H! These look absolutely stunning 😍 quick question, how would I make this recipe so it makes 12 jumbo muffins? Would doubling it be enough? Or would I have to triple it? Thanks!
