I made this recipe x9 and made jumbo cookies. Amazing! They are so soft and chewy. I also used black cocoa powder, which gives them a nice dark chocolate color. Definitely a keeper!

You can leave out the cornstarch, but it will impact the soft, pillowy texture of these cookies!

You could sub 1/4 cup applesauce for each egg if you can’t do the eggs.

The recipe is so easy to follow and the cookies look yummy. I have tried as yet as I wanted to know if I could skip the eggs . Will it affect the texture of the cookies?
