Perhaps someone figured this out in a previous post, but I think some of the confusion in the comments surrounding the metric measurements stems from the use of the sliding scaler you have on the recipe. I used the scaler and noticed that while the imperial measurements scaled according to the number of servings desired, the metric measurements did NOT scale; that you have to use your brain or a calculator to get it right. Hope this helps someone!

So sorry! Elevation and humidity levels can impact how cookies turn out. Next time try omitting a tiny portion of flour and see if that helps.
