But this time? The claim holds. These truly are the best chocolate chip cookies. They are simple, beautifully balanced, super fast to whip up fresh, AND only requires one bowl.

My baking soda might have been a little old and they were STILL perfect.

This is my absolute favorite recipe for cookies! I’ve made them a few times and just did so again tonight. I was low on chocolate chips but I had some m&ms so I did a mix of the two and they came out so good! Mine come out super fluffy and slightly gooey in the middle just like I like them 🤤
