These are the perfect little brownie/cookie! I think we really like them even more as cookies than brownies. It’s like each bite is an edge, with a little crispness to it. I added a walnut to the top of a few for me. Definitely a keeper! Oh, and since there are only two of us, I made the extras into balls & froze them on a cookie sheet. Then we can enjoy a hot one now and then.

Undercooked the first batch but that was my fault. They looked done but I learned to let them go a bit longer. Made them for my college grandson and he said they were better than brownies and the hubs loved them as well. Will definitely be putting them on regular rotation! Thanks for a great and easy recipe.

Easy and delicious!
I used Ghiradelli brownie mix and doubled the recipe. I did a test cookie and had to add some milk. They turned out perfect and were a hit. People said that they’d pay me to make them again. I will definitely be making them again!
