In reply to Todd. Yes, they should be able to. I haven't tried it, but I would do 1/3 cup scoops of dough and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes (watching for signs of done-ness). Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the pan to continue baking.

Are the grams of flour correct? I made these using the grams measurements and they came out cakey. Recipe above says 307 g of flour but the recipe calls for 2 cups I see now which should be right around 250ish?

These cookies are delicious. They are soft and yummy! Worth the extra effort to make the three layers. They are a big hit this Christmas season!
